1. (SBU) Pol/Ec Chief delivered Ref A demarche to Tuy Ri,
Director of the Office of International Organizations in the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Tuy Ri stated that Cambodia
would continue its full support (Ref B) for the resolution on
compliance in the UNGA Plenary. He added that Cambodia stood
against the proliferation of arms and supported a significant
number of the non-proliferation, arms limitation and
disarmament agreements and commitments.
