On May 6, PolOff presented reftel demarches to Mr. Paul Kabore,
Acting Director for International Organizations at the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs. Kabore reiterated that the GOBF position on
nuclear non-proliferation is in line with the U.S. position.
Burkina Faso takes seriously the non-proliferation of nuclear
weapons and will continue to be actively engaged in discussions on
these issues, added Kabore.
