Department of New Threats and Challenges Deputy Director
Vladimir Prokhorov told us that the GOR fully supports the
proposed designation of the individuals described in Ref B.
He added that on February 12 the MFA would provide
instructions to Russia's UN Mission to support the
designation request when the motion comes before the 1267
Committee.
