1. Uruguay's Head of State, President Dr. Tabare Vazquez,
will not attend.


2. Attendance of the Foreign Minister: Uruguay's Foreign
Minister, Gonzalo Fernandez, will lead the Uruguayan
delegation to the 63rd UNGA. He will be traveling without
his wife, and will require interpretation in Spanish.


3. Uruguay's Ambassador to the UN, Dr. Jorge Cancela, and MFA
Director General of Political Affairs Ambassador Juan Enrique
Fischer will comprise the balance of Uruguay's delegation.
