1. In response to REFTEL, Embassy Maseru submits the following
information regarding Lesotho's delegation to the 11th African
Union Summit from June 30 to July 1, 2008.
2. Prime Minister Pakalitha Mosisili, Head of Government, will
lead the GOL delegation. He plans to arrive at Sharm El-Sheikh
on June 29 and depart on July 1, 2008. He will stay at the
Maritim Golf Hotel. The primary point of contact for the
delegation in Sharm-El Sheikh will be Lesotho's Ambassador to
Egypt, Thabo Khasipe. Mr. Khasipe's mobile number is +(0020)
12-771-3036. The secondary point of contact for the delegation
will be the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Chief of Protocol,
Nyolosi Mphale. Mr Mphala's mobile telephone number is +(266)
5885-0416.
3. Also included in the delegation will be Minister of Foreign
Affairs Mohlabi Tsekoa and Principal Secretary of Foreign
Affairs Tebello Julius Metsing.
