Embassy maintains a continuing dialog with the Government of
Luxembourg (GOL) about its contributions to NATO's
operations, including those outlined in reftel. Based on
these discussions and Luxembourg's extremely limited military
capabilities it is doubtful that the GOL will participate in
NTM-I at this time.
