Pierre-Richard Prosper's candidacy for reelection to the UN
Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD).

Complimentary opening.
The State of Kuwait refers to the request for support for the
reelection (on January 17 in New York) of Mr. Pierre-Richard
Prosper to a seat on the United Nations Committee on the
Elimination of Racial Discrimination. In accordance with the
friendly, bilateral U.S.-Kuwait relationship, the Ministry
confirms that the State of Kuwait will support the American
nominee for this position.
