1. In addition to Ref A, Post includes additional details on
Econoff's 28 July 2008 visit to Orogenic Resources for a Blue
Lantern end-use check. Regarding how Orogenic plans to lease
out the equipment to various oil platforms but always retain
ownership, the Orogenic managers during the meetings
specifically said that their employees transport the
gyroscopes to/from the customers' platforms when the
customers request use of the gyroscopes. The Orogenic
employees are all of Malaysian nationality, whereas the
employees on the various customers' oil/gas platforms are of
varying nationalities. For example, many of the senior
ExxonMobil employees will be of U.S. citizenship, whereas
more average employees may be of Malaysian nationality. In
any event, Orogenic said that their employees are in the
presence of the gyroscopes when the equipment is used on
their customers' platforms. When not in use, the gyroscopes
would be stored at the main Orogenic Resources facility in
Shah Alam, which is a secure, modern multi-story building.

2. The secure storage facility is located on the third floor
of this building. There was a single door/entrance to the
secure facility. It has a key lock, plus an electronic punch
code entry lock that requires the manual entry of a
predetermined access code. The company representative said
that the storage room is only accessed by company managers or
the three employees within Orogenic Resource's Gyroscope
Department. Within the storage room itself, which is
well-lit and has air conditioning, there are many metal
shelves (nearly floor to ceiling high) containing sensitive
(by industry standards) charts and tapes of research data
related to finding new petro oilfields in/around Malaysia.
The shelves are very well-organized and clean. The Orogenic
managers showed Econoff one shelf in the midst of the room
that was bare, and would be the location of the gyroscopes if
the sale is approved. There was ample space for the
gyroscopes.

3. A sentence within paragraph three of Reftel C should have
read, "...with petrochemical customers such as the companies
listed above, all of which have a presence in Malaysia."

4. Reftel C cited an email on 7 August 2008, which should
have read "Email received on 8 July."
