(U) On October 8, Poloff delivered reftel points to Kamran 
Akhtar, Director of Disarmament at the MFA. Akhtar reported 
that he had no comments on the resolution but would forward 
the information along to other relevant offices. He also 
assured Poloff that if he did receive any information for or 
against the resolution, he would pass it along accordingly.
