(U) On September 19, Ambassador delivered refetl points in 
the form of a letter to the office of Pakistan Minister of 
Foreign Affairs, Shah Mehmood Qureshi. At this time, Post 
has not received word on whether the Foreign Minister will 
attend the BMENA Forum for the Future, but will report any 
received response from the MFA.
