1. (U) Econoff delivered reftel request for information to
Marsha Caddett, Americas Desk Officer at the MFA. Ms. Caddett
noted that although plans were not yet confirmed, President
Jagdeo was not likely to attend UNGA, and that Minister of
Foreign Affairs Carolyn Rodrigues-Birkett would likely lead
the delegation instead. Ms. Caddett stated the MFA would
inform post as soon as the full delegation is identified.
