1. (C) Post delivered Kosovo points regarding the Donors
Conference and IBRD/IMF request for support to GoSL Ministry
of Foreign Affairs (MFA) on June 27. In the absence of
Foreign Minister and Director - General, MFA has not provided
a response to indicate whether or not Sierra Leone will
engage the Bretton Woods organizations in support of Kosovo.
2. (C) In light of Sierra Leone's status as the world's
poorest country, participation in the donors conference is
highly unlikely.
