1. (C) DCM met with Sierra Leone MFA Director General,
Ambassador Umaru Wurie, to convey information per reftel and
deliver talking points to encourage Sierra Leone to prohibit
the travel of designated Iranian proliferators as per UNSCR
1737, 1747 AND 1803. DCM also provided copies of the
resolutions.
2. (C) In response to the inquiry of how Sierra Leone
watchlists the individuals, Ambassador Wurie said that
domestic procedures will include placing the named
individuals on watchlists for immigration, the Office of
National Security and the Sierra Leone Police.
