(SBU) POLOFF delivered reftel demarches to Desk Officer
Michael Keaveney, Disarmament and Non-Proliferation,
Department of Foreign Affairs, on March 26. Ireland will
consult with its EU partners regarding the USG proposal to
revise the definition for highly pathogenic avian influenza
(HPAI),Keaveney said. The Irish delegation to the plenary
will consist of Keaveney, a representative from Irish
Customs, and an officer from the Irish Embassy in Paris, he
informed POLOFF.
