2. The following candidate has been selected for participation in
the Army Command and General Staff College Course in USA, which will
begin on January 02, 2009. Post vetting was completed on October
29, 2008. Post requests that vetting be completed by November 13 to
provide sufficient time for processing. Post requests the department
conduct Leahy vetting for the following candidates:

5. COMMENT: Embassy has no information to indicate these
