1. Benin's official delegation to the AGOA forum in Washington, D.C.
will be led by Ernestine Attanasso, the Director General of Foreign
Trade at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. The Embassy was
informed on July 11 that Benin's Minister of Industry and Commerce,
Gregoire Akofodji, would no longer lead the delegation as previously
planned.
2. The other members of the official delegation include Cyrille
Oguin, Benin's Ambassador to the United States, Animatou Shoubade,
Director General of Investment and Development Financin at the
Ministry of Economic Forecasting, Development and Public Action
Evaluation, Noelle Ogoussa, Director General of the Investment
Promotion Center in the Ministry of Economic Forecasting,
Development and Public Action Evaluation, Joel Kiniffo, Technical
Secretary of the National AGOA Commission from Ministry of Economic
Forecasting, Development and Public Action Evaluation, Ferdinand
Montcho, Director of International Economic and Commercial Relations
at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Bienvenu Kokou, AGOA
Coordinator at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
