Your Excellency,

On the occasion of the history-making achievement in securing the
Democratic Presidential nomination on November 4th, 2008 in your
country, the ruling Party CNDD-FDD in Burundi has a great pleasure
to congratulate your Excellency.

Your election is a great change and a new dawn not only for
Americans, but also for the whole World which has a lot of
expectations as far as unification and sustainable peace and

We have no doubt in your ability to address important issues such as
the fight against poverty, the war in Iraq and Afghanistan, the
fight against terrorism, etc.

We wish to your Excellency a great success in your new
responsibilities and looking forward to see the good relations that
exist for a long time between people of the United States of America

We also believe you will put Africa high on your agenda.

May God Bless you. May God Bless America.
