1. Patrick Faber was appointed by Prime Minister Dean Barrow to
cabinet on Monday, February 11, 2008. Following is his biography.

2. Education:
2003 Master's Degree in Education Administration from the
University of North Florida
1998 Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Valdosta State University
3. Career/ Employment:
Faber is a career teacher. In 1998 he was employed by the Anglican
Cathedral College. He remained there until June 2007 when he
resigned to actively focus on his political activities in
preparation for the 2008 general elections.
4. Political Affiliation:
At twenty-six, Faber was the youngest sitting member of the House of
Representatives. He was also the youngest person to run in
municipal elections, having contested the Belize City Council
Elections in 1999 at the age of 20. He served as Shadow Minister of
Education and as National Director of Youth.
5. Family:
He is married to Krishna Faber with whom he has one child and is
expecting another.
