according to the Foreign Minister. 
 

B. Attendance of the Head of Government 
-- Prime Minister Ogtay Asadov does not plan on attending. 
 

C. Attendance of the Foreign Minister 
-- Elmar Mammadyarov, Minister of Foreign Affairs 
-- FM Mammadyarov is planning on arriving in New York on 
September 19 or 20 and staying through September 27-29, 
depending on discussions and meetings. He plans on being 
present for the General Debate. 
-- FM Mammadyarov will not require interpretation in 
bilateral meetings.
