1. (SBU) As noted at references c and d, AmEmbassy Accra's primary
Domain Controller, DC01 crashed on/a Sunday February 17, 2008.
Several ENMOC Engineers assisted post for 10 hours on Monday
February 18 in troubleshooting DC01 and DC02 and restoring Accra's
CLASSNET opeation.
2. (SBU) Accra is currently single threaded with only one
operational Domain Controller.
3. (SBU) Post requests an immediate replacement for the inoperable
server. The specific information is:
HETRA TEMPEST
HT-2781-T-HT
100-240v
50-60 Hz 6/3 Amp
C/O 5355
S/N 81589
4. (SBU) Post does not/not require a TEMPEST server. The TEMPEST
servers were originally installed at the old embassy and relocated
to the NOB/NEC in June 2007.
5. (U) Please advise shipping instructions and disposition
instructions for the inoperable server. Our point of contact is
Clifford B. Mass, AF/EX Rover who may be reached via e-mail, class
e-mail or IVG at extensions 366-1447 or 1770.
