Secretary, of the Peoples Democratic Party of Nigeria. The

"An Inspiring Victory.
On behalf of the National Working Committee, and the entire
members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of Nigeria, we
congratulate you and the US Democratic Party, on your
election as the 44th President of the United States of
America and the first African-American to be so elected in
the history of the United States.
The victory is highly remarkable and echoes the promise of a
better world for all.
It is truly memorable that the election not only brought out
the best in American democracy with more than 131 million
Americans voting, the highest in 44 years, but attracted
interest worldwide.
We at the Peoples Democratic Party are thrilled by the
