2. Embassy reports that, as of this date, the Department of
State has no credible information regarding gross abuse of human
rights on the part of Margaret OGUNDIPE, Christopher EMMANUEL,
Ijeoma MANGO, Ahmed WAZIRI, Patricia AFOLABI, Ayuba MARCUS, Nuse
K.MAIKARFI, Mohammed Ali SHERIF, and Mould Yakubu ERENA, who will
attend the Precursor Chemical Diversion Investigations training at
ILEA Gaborone from August 18-22, 2008. They will arrive in Gaborone
from Johannesburg on August 16, 2008 at 10:25m on South African
Airways flight number SA 1763. Participants will depart to
Johannesburg on August 24, 2008 at 12:45pm on South African Airways
Flight number SA 1778.


3. Economy fare from Lagos to Gaborone and return per participant is
$1700. Each participant will receive a stipend of $30; Local airfare
travel for each Participant is $310.


4. Medical Clearance: All participants have obtained medical
clearance.
