Per reftel request, on November 13, Poloff delivered talking
points on voting against any amendments to the resolution,
"Condemning the Use of Rape as an Instrument of State Policy"
to Ilia Imnadze, Officer, United Nations Division at the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Imnadze said he would "do his
best" to urge the Georgian mission in New York to vote
against any amendments to the anti-rape resolution and would
inform his superiors.
