1. (C) On November 7 at 1:20 local time Georgian riot police
used water cannons and tear gas to move the increasing crowd
of protesters out of Rustaveli Avenue and away from the front
of Parliament. Embassy Tbilisi is monitoring events.
Embassy will soon issue a warden message and is convening the
EAC. Protesters remain in the side streets and on the
sidewalks away from Parliament. Riot police remain in the
street in front of Parliament.
