Division Chief Ismat Fayzullaev and urged the Government of
Uzbekistan to submit its annual declaration to the Hague Code
of Conduct (HCOC) prior to the upcoming meeting of
subscribing states. Poloff noted that the HCOC's "nil form"
might be appropriate since Uzbekistan has declared that it
does not have a ballistic missile program. Fayzullaev said
that he would pass the information to appropriate officials.
