1. (SBU) On October 29, Pol/Econoff met with Kadri Jogi, Middle
East
Desk Officer and Annilee Poolakese, Terrorism and Cyber Security
Desk
Officer to discuss reftel points. Jogi reaffirmed Government of
Estonia (GOE) support for UNSC Resolutions 1737 and 1747 and noted
Estonia believes that Iranian cooperation with the International
Atomic
Energy Agency (IAEA) is very important. Jogi stated the GOE
supports
the P5+1 incentive package outlined in reftel and hopes that the
Government of Iran will recognize the benefits of this program and
accept it.
