(U) AIT delivered reftel demarche to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
(MOFA) APEC Task Force Acting Chief Daniel K.Y. Lin on August 7.
Lin said Taiwan's Council of Labor Affairs (CLA) is responsible for
replying to the invitation. Due to budget constraints, Lin expects
Taiwan will send one or two CLA officials to attend the meeting.
MOFA was not able to provide information on the persons who will
attend.
