Foreign Affairs Human Rights Expert, Christina Yotova on
November 20. Yotova said that she anticipated that the EU
will support stronger financial sanctions, but that she was
waiting for a final decision. She said that Bulgaria would
align itself to the EU common decision. She promised to
relay the U.S. position to her superiors for consideration.
