Affairs Head of the Department for UN and Global Issues,
Kamen Velichkov on October 22. Velichkov said Mr. David
Walker had an impressive resume and was a strong candidate
for the UN Independent Audit Advisory Committee. He said
that the EU countries usually coordinate to consider
nominations and that the GOB would study the situation. He
promised that the GOB would give all due attention to David
Walker's candidacy.
