(S) Singapore Customs has an "ongoing dialogue" with Ace
Pressureweld, MFA's International Organizations Assistant
Director Yvonne Ow told us in a meeting on September 28
(reftel). Customs has met with the company on several
occasions to explain Ace Pressureweld's obligations under
Singapore law and to highlight international pressure on
certain countries of concern, she said. Ow thanked us for
the additional information and told us she will pass it to
the relevant agencies. She indicated she will provide us an
update on Customs' activities related to Ace Pressureweld in
the near future.
