received all of the USML items it had ordered.

2. Matrix Science Pte. Ltd. is a limited private company
that has been operating in Singapore since April 12, 2004.
Singapore's online business directory, Biznet, lists the
company's principle officers as:

Name: Jaime Wong Poh Chee
Nationality: Singaporean
ID: S1621908H
Address: 126 Sunrise Avenue, Singapore, 806734

Name: Eric Tan Gee Lek
Nationality: Singaporean
ID: S2169167D
Address: Sunrise Avenue, Singapore, 806734

3. DHS/ICE databases revealed no negative information about
Matrix Science Pte. Ltd.

4. Econoff spoke with Eric Tan, Matrix Science's CEO, on
August 20. Tan confirmed that he had received all of the
components listed reftel and that they had been used in a
manner consistent with the information listed on the
application. Matrix Science had developed a prototype as
planned, but the transaction had fallen through. As a
result, the company was still in possession of the
components, Tan said. Econoff explained that Matrix Science
would need to apply for a new license if the company used the
components for any purpose other than what was stated on the
license application or if the company transferred the
components to another end user. Tan said he understood and
that it was unlikely the components would ever leave the
company.
