1. Post conducted a site visit on July 12, 2007 to assess
the business operations and on-site security of Newmark
Aerospace Pte. Ltd., per reftel.
2. Newmark Aerospace Pte. Ltd. is a limited exempt private
company that has been operating in Singapore since June 26,
1992. Singapore's online business directory, Biznet, lists
the company's principal officers as:

order. Newmark's main clients were commercial aircraft
companies in Indonesia, according to Ramin. He professed to
have an understanding of U.S. Munitions List regulations,
including re-export restrictions, and told Econoff he had
been dealing in aircraft parts for more than ten years.
