(SBU) On December 7, Poloff delivered reftel points to Felix
Ulloa, MFA Multilateral Affairs Officer. Poloff and Ulloa
discussed the country-specific resolutions, and Ulloa noted
that El Salvador voted with the U.S. on each of them during
the UNGA Third Committee meeting. Ulloa emphasized that El
Salvador planned to be in attendance throughout the plenary
and that he would contact the UNGA representatives to convey
our concerns.
