1. The following statement is provided to verify the human
rights vetting process: at this time the Embassy verified
that Post possesses no credible information of gross human
rights violations by:
Major Osamah Mohammed Abdurabu Mohammed, Central Security
Force - Counterterrorism Unit, DOB: 15 July 1979.
2. Additionally the following human rights vetting
information is provided:
A. Specific assistance: Mohammed will be attending an
English language course at Lackland Air Force Base, TX (March
7 - March 30),FBI Training Academy, Quantico, VA (June 18 -
July 13),and Fort Benning, Georgia (July 15 - August 1).
B. Certifying country team official: Pol/Econ Chief Joey
Hood.
C. Current threat assessment: High.
D. This message grants country team approval on human rights
vetting requirements for Mohammed.
