1. (SBU) PolOff delivered reftel talking points to Rudolfs
Bremanis, Latvian Foreign Ministry US Desk Officer, and
Agnese Vilde of the International Operations and Crisis
Management Division Security Policy Department. Vilde said
that there should be no problem with Latvia freezing any and
all activities of the entities designated under E.O. 13382.
She will coordinate with Latvia's Financial Intelligence Unit
(FIU) to add the entities to Latvia's list.


2. (U) PolOff will be delivering reftel talking points to the
Director of the FIU at a later date.
