Multilateral Affairs Director Susan Gordon October 29 and
reiterated the points previously made on October 22 (ref B)
in response to ref C. Gordon repeated previous assurances
that the GOTT would give Mr. Walker's candidacy all due
consideration. She also reiterated the suggestion made in
ref B that all further follow-up take place in New York City.
