1. This is an action request for WHA/CAR.


2. Post requests the Department's assistance in Vetting the
following unit of the Haitian National Police assigned to Crime
Scene duties. The instructors- Dr. Gessy Coicou and Mr. Aric Dutelle
- delegated by the DOJ/ICITAP will continue the second portion of
the series of training on Crime Scene analysis scheduled for
December 10-14, 2007 at the Haitian Police Academy compound. The
same participants were vetted for the first portion of this training
which took place August 13-17, 2007.


3. No derogatory information on any of the following police officers
as of November 21,2007 was found after our internal vetting or
following the Consular Section's INK process.
