1. Per reftel, Poloff delivered demarche to Terence Craig Head of
the Americas Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs(MFA).
Craig said that he was unaware of the upcoming Preparatory Committee
(PrepCom I) to be held in Vienna, Austria from 30 April to 11 May
2007, regarding the Nuclear Proliferation Treaties review process.
Poloff shared the USG views on the key issues per reftel, paragraph
9, with Craig. He said he would pass this information on to the
Acting Head of International Organizations in the MFA who handles
these matters and would inform post of any new developments.
