Foreign Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT) NATO Policy 
Advisor Amy Galigan said that Canada supported the High 
Representative and had a history of backing "robust" action 
in support of Dayton. She agreed to convey reftel points up 
the chain of command at DFAIT, and promised to report back 
soon on Canada's plan for the October 31 meeting of the PIC 
Steering Board.
