5. Description: Height: 5' 4"; Weight: 110 lbs; Hair: Brown;
Eyes: Hazel; Distinguishing marks: Scars from cigarrette burns
on the front of both shoulders.
6. Date of last contact: October 2006
7. Place to be searched: All of Mexico.
8. Inquirer: Mrs. Genia Sims, mother, currently living in Yuma,
AZ.
9. Privacy Act: None.
10. Remarks: Mrs. Sims visited Post and informed conoff that
her daughter has been living in Mexico with an unknown man for
the last year. The last time Mrs. Sims spoke with her daughter
was during a telephone call on October of 2006. The call came
from the border town of San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora. In that
conversation, Ms. Sims told her mother that she was planning on
returning to the U.S. the following day. Ms. Sims did not come
home and her mother believes her daughter may be in Mexico
against her will. Mrs. Sims has already reported Nicole's case
to the FBI and the Yuma Police Department. Mrs. Sims provided
post with photos of her daughter. Please contact Post if any
information arises.
