shoulder; tattoo of a keyboard on left wrist; tattoo of a
crest/half open wreath - AA on right hand; pierced left ear.

10. Remarks: Mr. Mahurin's mother, Mrs. Leila Mahurin,
contacted the Consulate and notified us that her son has been
missing since May 14, 2006. Mrs. Mahurin said she believes her
son may be involved with a drug cartel and in Mexico because of
comments he previously made to her. Mrs. Mahurin said her son
is neurologically disabled, has trouble verbalizing and
processing verbal information, and suffers from a bipolar
disorder. She has filed a missing person report, case number
065671, with the Josephine County Sheriff's Office, in Grants
Pass, OR. Detective Mario Torres is in charge of the case.
