10. Remarks: On April 24, Mrs. Calkins contacted Post and said
that on April 23, her 17 yr-old daughter, Kayla Whitmer, ran
away from home with her 18 yr-old boyfriend, Marcus Lyngar.
Mrs. Calkins said the couple is driving a white Ford 350 truck,
license plate number B299380. Mrs. Calkins believes they may be
traveling to Mexico. On April 25, Mrs. Calkins visited Post and
provided pictures of her daughter and also provided information
and submitted a report to Mexican family services agency DIF.
