MFA's North America office Sergey Sergeyev and Counselor
Andrey Rzheuskiy. Sergeyev apologized for the unavailability
of the Foreign Minister and the Deputy Foreign Minister
covering the IAEA and promised to pass the U.S. position on
quickly to the Foreign Minister's staff and to the Belarusian
Mission in Vienna. Sergeyev believed Belarus' Ambassador in
Vienna, Aleksandr Sychev, would represent the GOB at the
September 10 IAEA Board of Governors meeting.
