Relations (SRE) Deputy Director General for UN-Related
Security and Legal Issues Julian Juarez Cadenas. As the SRE
was closed for the holidays until January 8, we have not yet
received any response, but will check back with SRE for a
read-out of the GOM's thinking on this issue.
