1. (C) Econoff delivered points and names contained reftel to
the Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Financial
Intelligence Unit (FIU) on 29 August 2007. There was no
immediate comment from the MFA. The FIU informed Post on 30
August that "it would take the necessary actions in due time."
