1. (U) On February 19 Valerija Mikelj from the Department
for International Organizations and Human Rights at the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed Polecon Chief that the
Government of Slovenia shares the position of the U.S. and
will not support the candidacy of Zimbabwe's Ambassador
Muchada for Vice-President of the World Food Program (WFP).
