1. Poloff met with Director of Political Affairs Paul
Chiunguzeni on June 4, 2007 to discuss reftel talking points.
Chiunguzeni thanked Poloff for the USG 60-day report, and said it
was discouraging that Iran had refused to halt their nuclear
program. He made no commitments on submitting a Malawian report,
but said he would pass the information along to his Minister. Any
further information will be reported septel.
