Under Secretary for Policy, Dr. Hj Ismail bin Hj Ahmad and to
the commandant of Malaysia's Peacekeeping Training Center,
Colonel Naharrudin bin Shaari. MINDEF has advised Post that
Malaysia will not be able to send any representatives to the
conference.
