1. This is an action request.


2. In order to comply with Leahy vetting requirements, this cable
forwards the names and biodata of 10 Afghan National Army (ANA)
officers selected by Embassy Kabul's Defense Attache Office (DAO) to
participate in international military education training at
Alexandria, Virginia March 28-April 27. DAO has reviewed the
information available on these individuals and has found no
derogatory information. Post requests Department response by March

27. 2007 and apologizes for the short turn around time on this list.
