his country's delegation to the UNGA. The GOQ has not yet
formed the full delegation, and specific travel plans have
not been made. Post will report as information becomes
available.

A. Attendance of the Head of State
-- The Amir, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, will lead the
Qatari delegation to the UNGA. Travel plans are not known at
this time. No interpretation necessary.
B. Attendance of the Head of Government
-- The Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Sheikh Hamad bin
Jassim Al Thani, is likely to attend. Travel plans are not
